THE SOFT LIFE MD COLLECTION

A Curated Collection For High-Achieving Women

Consider this a safe space to land—a space to be seen, valued, and understood.

This is an evolving collection of thoughtful tools created with the needs, desires, and sensibilities of Black women leaders in mind, all created by me, Dr. Iman Hypolite, also known as The Soft Life MD.

Everything here reflects both what I know—and what I live.

Whether you're a doctor like me, an attorney, professor, executive, or entrepreneur, you’ve spent years pouring into your career and into others.

This Space Exists to Pour Into Women of Excellence Who Long for Ease.

Here, you’ll find guided meditations, private access to my essays, and audio and video commentary on holistic success and sustainability for Black women leaders, along with strategies for living with more ease, more joy, and more self-love.

New tools are added regularly, sometimes weekly, to honor the complexities of our lives in the ever-shifting landscape of these times.

There is no shortage of wellness content out there, but very little of it speaks meaningfully to the heart of Black women who lead. This collection exists because your well-being isn’t a frivolous luxury. It’s the blueprint to unlock the life you’re meant to live.

Whether you're just beginning to reimagine a softer life or already carving out space for something more grounded, more beautiful, more true, this space was made with you in mind—not to add more to your plate, but to nourish what’s already within.

This is not wellness for the masses.

This is wellness for you.
